Tweakin'

Tweakin’ is the Global Gamejam Groningen Curveball Award™️ winner of 2024. Developed by a small indie team of four developers and two artists; the team behind Tweakin’ has crafted this uneasy experience in the short time-span of one full weekend consisting of 48 hours.

You play as an unnamed employee for an unknown company. You are placed in the ‘Happy Room’, where your goal is made simple: make “this fella’” laugh. You have various tools at your disposal to achieve this feat, including a clown’s nose, a party popper, a whoopee cushion, a hunting knife, et cetera.

This short, story and emotion driven game encapsulates the grueling experience of self-inflicted forced labor in a sub-par environment, akin to the experience of the developers whilst crafting the game.
